Look A Loo is a wayfinding app that takes you straight to the bathroom. Users can filter through preferences of what they want in a public bathroom. It gives you travel time and hours of operation of the establishment. The advice section is written by a certified Look A Loo Scouter. It explains exactly where the bathroom is inside the building, as well as any tips and shortcuts on how to gain access. Users have the option to leave a comment and rate their bathroom experience, to help others with their selection.

The visual style is clean with some cheeky and discrete elements like splashing poop ornamenting the section titles under each location. The design is clear and easy to read with plenty of space between information, so that the app does not feel cluttered and is easy to navigate. I wanted the experience to be simple and user friendly to help relieve the user’s already stressful state.
